FIREARMS

Federal law requires all modern firearms be shipped to a holder of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL).
Any shipper who does not have an FFL is considered to be an unlicensed person.
It is your responsibility to ensure that a firearm is legal to own in your state. Click HERE to view State Restrictions.
Once a firearm is purchased, you will need the FFL of your choice to contact us. They will need to send us a copy of their Federal Firearms License (FFL), the type of firearm you have purchased, and your name to our email:
[email protected].
We will then ship your firearm to them where you will complete the transfer. Please make sure whoever you chose is aware you are using them and any fees they charge for the completed transaction.
Firearms and ammunition are never allowed to be shipped together.
VERY IMPORTANT - FIREARM RETURNS!! Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. **Upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer's warranty policy).
In the case of failed background checks, we will charge a 25% restocking fee and you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
